Locations: Munich or Home Office in Bavaria
Tasks:
- Take responsibility for all sales, account management and strategic business development activities with customers from the utilities, retail and manufacturing industry sectors)
- Develop and execute the sales, business development, and marketing plan for your account portfolio
- Develop and maintain intense and influential relationships with key persons in existing and target accounts
- Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities
- Generate and develop new business leads and opportunities for our client’s portfolio of services and build a pipeline of new opportunities
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast
- Conduct contract negotiations and closure incorporating commercial and legal elements
Requirements:
- Profound sales/business development experience in the field of software engineering or SW/IT consulting services.
- Existing network and sales track record within at least one of the above named industry sectors
- Proven skills in prospecting and business development, market and account planning, sales strategy development, relationship building and management, value based selling, contract development as well as negotiation and closing of business deals
- Proven history of repeatedly exceeding sales targets
- Fluent German and English
- Willing to travel within Germany and Europe
